Front Rack Mobility Work

2 Rounds:
5 Goblet Squats
15 Second Dead Hang
Into 5 Kip Swings

2 Rounds:
5 Push Press (Empty Bar)
5 Front Squats
3 Strict Pull-Ups

2 Rounds:
3 Thrusters (Empty Bar)
3 Kipping Pull-Ups

2 Rounds:
5 Thrusters (95 lbs/ 65 lbs)
5 Chest-To-Bars
