Many individuals trust their healthcare practitioners when they say that CrossFit™ is dangerous. Individuals should be able to trust their educated healthcare professionals, but giving false claims, is a breeding ground for mistrust. CrossFit™ is proven to be no more dangerous than other common sports and fitness activities.
